A private transfer takes you to your hotel. In the evening, set out on a food walk through the narrow lanes of the Old Quarter (vegetarian tastings on request).

See the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (subject to opening days), the quiet courtyards of the Temple of Literature and Hoan Kiem Lake. In the evening, an optional water puppet show (extra cost).
Overnight in Hanoi

Drive about 2.5 hours to the bay and board your cruise. Sail among the limestone islands, kayak, explore a cave and watch the sunset from the deck. Lunch, dinner and next-day brunch on board; vegetarian meals on request.
Overnight in Ha Long Bay

Start with tai chi on deck at sunrise, then brunch as the boat heads back. Drive to Hanoi airport for your flight to Da Nang. A long travel day, so the evening is free.

Ride the cable car up to Ba Na Hills, walk the Golden Bridge held by two giant stone hands, and explore the French-style village at the top.

Stop at the Marble Mountains, with caves and pagodas set into the rock, on the way to Hoi An. In the evening, an optional lantern boat ride on the Thu Bon river (extra cost).

Your Vietnam holiday begins. We stay a WhatsApp message away.
Trips starting within 30 days are paid in full at booking. Cancel before your balance due date and you never lose more than you have paid. Prices exclude GST and TCS, shown as a separate line before you pay.
Can I change my travel date after booking?
Yes. Date changes are free up to 45 days before travel, subject to hotel availability and any price difference.
When do I pay the balance?
The balance is due 30 days before your start date. We send you a payment link and reminders on WhatsApp and email. If your trip starts within 30 days, you pay in full at booking.
What if I cancel?
If you cancel before your balance due date (30 days before travel), you never lose more than you have paid: the charge is the amount in our cancellation table or the amount you have paid, whichever is lower. From the balance due date, the table applies as written. Flights, visa fees or insurance you ask us to book can be non-refundable, and we tell you before we book them.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices exclude GST and TCS, and the exact tax amount is shown as a separate line before you pay. TCS is not an extra cost: it is income tax collected in advance and credited against the payer's PAN, so you can claim it when you file your return.
What if my visa is refused?
The visa decision rests with the embassy, but we help you send a complete application. If it is refused, our cancellation policy applies, including the cap above. Visa fees are not refundable.
How soon can my trip start?
The earliest start date is 15 days from today, so we have time to confirm your hotels and tours.
Are flights included?
No. Prices are land only, so you can fly with any airline or use your miles. If you like, we can book flights for you and share the fare before you pay.
