A private transfer takes you to your hotel. In the evening, board a Seine river cruise and watch Paris light up.

Ride the high-speed train into Switzerland via Basel, about 4.5 hours. In the evening, cross the wooden Chapel Bridge and wander Lucerne's old town.

Train to Engelberg and ride the Rotair, the cable car that slowly turns as it climbs. The glacier, Cliff Walk and Ice Flyer chairlift are subject to weather and seasonal opening.

Take the Luzern-Interlaken Express past lakes, waterfalls and the Brünig Pass. The evening is free in Interlaken, the town between two lakes.

Climb by train to Europe's highest railway station. Play in the snow, step out on the Sphinx terrace and walk through the Ice Palace. The air is thin at this height, so travellers with heart or breathing conditions should check with their doctor.

Trips starting within 30 days are paid in full at booking. Cancel before your balance due date and you never lose more than you have paid. Prices exclude GST and TCS, shown as a separate line before you pay.

Can I change my travel date after booking?

Yes. Date changes are free up to 45 days before travel, subject to hotel availability and any price difference.

When do I pay the balance?

The balance is due 30 days before your start date. We send you a payment link and reminders on WhatsApp and email. If your trip starts within 30 days, you pay in full at booking.

What if I cancel?

If you cancel before your balance due date (30 days before travel), you never lose more than you have paid: the charge is the amount in our cancellation table or the amount you have paid, whichever is lower. From the balance due date, the table applies as written. Flights, visa fees or insurance you ask us to book can be non-refundable, and we tell you before we book them.

Are taxes included?

No. Prices exclude GST and TCS, and the exact tax amount is shown as a separate line before you pay. TCS is not an extra cost: it is income tax collected in advance and credited against the payer's PAN, so you can claim it when you file your return.

What if my visa is refused?

The visa decision rests with the embassy, but we help you send a complete application. If it is refused, our cancellation policy applies, including the cap above. Visa fees are not refundable.

How soon can my trip start?

The earliest start date is 15 days from today. For Europe, your trip should start at least 15 working days after your Schengen visa appointment, and your trip planner helps you get an appointment.

Are flights included?

No. Prices are land only, so you can fly with any airline or use your miles. If you like, we can book flights for you and share the fare before you pay.
