Why we like Da Nang as a base
Da Nang (you'll also see it written Danang) makes a comfortable base for central Vietnam. One hotel, day trips out. No packing and unpacking every night, which matters more than people expect, especially with parents along.
Two days out stand above the rest. One is the Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hills, the walkway held up by two giant stone hands. The other is Hoi An's old town, and we'd always send you there in the evening, when the lanterns light up and little boats drift on the river.

Choosing the right Da Nang tour package
Each Vietnam Danang tour package we sell pairs Da Nang with at least one other region. So it really comes down to two things: how many nights you have, and what else you want to see.
First time in Vietnam? The Hanoi & Da Nang Short Break is 5 nights from ₹30,999. You get a full guided day in Hanoi, cycling and a Tam Coc sampan ride in Ninh Binh, then the Golden Bridge.
Got a week? Look at Hanoi, Ha Long & Da Nang, 7 nights from ₹40,999. It's four nights in Hanoi with day trips to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay, and three in Da Nang for Hoi An and Ba Na Hills.
The Vietnam Grand Tour runs 7 nights from ₹54,999. It adds a night on a Ha Long Bay cruise and a Hanoi street-food walk. This is also the one that includes the Hanoi to Da Nang flight.
Like to finish on the beach? Hanoi, Da Nang & Phu Quoc is 8 nights from ₹56,999 and ends with four nights of islands and parks on Phu Quoc.
Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City in one holiday from India
Quite a few people ask us for a Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City holiday from India, so they can see the centre and the south on one trip. Vietnam in Four Cities does exactly that in 8 nights, from ₹53,999.
It's two nights each in Phu Quoc, Da Nang, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Down south you'll go through the Cu Chi Tunnels and out to the Mekong Delta. In the centre, Hoi An's old town and the Golden Bridge.

What's included, and what isn't
All of these are land packages. Hotels, transfers, the tours listed and any meals named in the itinerary are covered. Prices are per adult, twin sharing.
Your international flight to Vietnam is not included. If you'd rather book everything in one place, our team can arrange flights on request and quote them separately. Getting between regions inside Vietnam is planned as part of your itinerary. Your trip planner will spell out which internal flights are covered.
When to go to Da Nang
For Vietnam as a whole, February to April is a good window. Central Vietnam, Da Nang and Hoi An included, can get rainy from September to December.
Travelling in those months anyway? That's fine. We leave a bit of slack in the plan so an outdoor day like Ba Na Hills can shift if the weather turns.

One thing to sort early: Indian passport holders need a Vietnam e-visa, applied for online before travel. Give it at least two weeks. We'll help with the form.

Our packages are land only. They begin when you arrive at the destination airport and end when you leave, so the package price doesn't change with the city you fly from.
Want us to handle flights too? We can arrange them from your city on request and quote them separately. You'll see the flight cost and the package cost side by side before you decide. Some cities have non-stop routes and some need one stop, so your trip planner will share the options that actually work for you.
